Moving back to Atlanta, I worked as a middle school counselor for 6 years. With the pandemic, anxiety spiking globally, and heavy losses occurring in many homes, it was time to open Moyal Counseling Services.

Everyone has a different idea of what therapy looks like. My approach to therapy is to offer guidance and support in a safe, nonjudgmental space. The most important part of therapy to me is trust, mutual respect, and connection. I am here to help guide you through whatever life stressor you are facing, which involves open discussions, offering suggestions, implementing strategies and improving your ability to cope.

Group sessions are intended to build community while offering a structured, meaningful activity each session.
